A well-balanced artisanal mezcal, using the ripest and high-quality agave Espadin, Doba-Yej has a slight citrus character balanced with a touch of bitter and subtle smoky notes.
On the nose, sweet agave, leather, vanilla, pepper and smoke. These lead into a lightly vegetal, earthy, woody, black pepper taste, finishing with slightly sweet, spicy, dark chocolate.
