Bodegas Care, Tinto Sobre Lías

The Garnacha grape is well suited to this part of inland north-east Spain with its arid growing conditions ad it makes up 75% of this delicous red blend - the remainder being Syrah. It`s aged on its lees and spends a couple of month in oak barrels which gives adds to the ripe red and black fruit aromas. There`s also plenty of this powerful fruit coming through on the palate which is nicelty rounded and full, but at the same time velvety and smooth. For wine at this price level it`s brilliantly well balanced.
