Natureo white wine is made with 100% Muscat grapes. When grapes reach the winery, they are de-stemmed, crushed, chilled and pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (14-16oC) in order to preserve the varietal’s aromas. Finally the wine is stabilized and filtered. The wine is stored at low temperature until its de-alcoholisation.
