Nose. Fragrant, aromatic nose, with subtle aniseed, crushed juniper berries and lemon peel. Background herbal notes with a hint of black olive. Savoury, not sweet. Palate. Rich, succulent black olives, then a wave of aromatic herbs, with thyme and rosemary to the fore plus a little lemon for freshness.
